To keep our guests safe and protect our space for generations to come, please read our Park Rules before your stay.
]Included with your space rent:
- Rental rate covers space rent for 2 adults, RV parking, full utility hook-ups, nothing metered (your choice of 20/30/50 AMP electricity connection, water, and sewer drain).
- Due to our beautiful remote location utilities are subject to temporary service interruption.
- No flushing female hygiene products while connected to our sewer drains.
- Use of common areas include Fireplace Pavilion with two (2) separate Bathrooms/Showers.
- Wi-Fi service provided – subject to service interruption.
- Access to laundry machines for an additional charge.
- We will charge five dollars ($5.00) for each additional guest (over age 13) per night.
- Maximum of 8 persons per space.
Space Limitations & Restrictions
- While utilizing our Septic Waste System flush ONLY human waste and septic-safe toilet paper in your rig or in the facilities provided at the Pavillion. No wipes (including “flushable”), paper towels, feminine products, grease, food, or chemicals. Guest is responsible for any damage or service calls caused by misuse.
- The Property is served by a private well water system. Water quality, taste, odor, pressure, and temperature may vary. Water service may be interrupted due to weather, power outages, or mechanical issue. Water is not guaranteed to be identical to municipal supply. Guest accepts all risks related to use of well water.
- Absolutely no camping outdoors, no tents allowed under any circumstances.
- Shade canopies are okay, and must be temporarily secured.
- Only one vehicle is permitted to park per site, in addition to one RV. If you need additional parking, please schedule a reservation for another space with a host – space permitting, regular space rate will apply.
- Absolutely no parking on the grass. Drive and park on the gravel only.
- Absolutely no washing of vehicles. Our property is serviced by well water and there will never be any exceptions. This is grounds for immediate ejection from the park, without a refund.
- Courtesy Wi-Fi is provided to registered guests; though streaming is prohibited.
- Portable satellites, solar structures, and other alike devices, are allowed; but must not be permanently attached to any property belonging to Circle Cross RV Park. Any and all hardware used to mount or place said device, or damage resulting from the placement of such devices, must be repaired before departure or financially reimbursed to your camp host.
Around the Park & Common Areas
- Absolutely no charcoal or wood burning of any kind. Propane or electric grills and heaters ONLY!
- Firearms and Fireworks are not allowed to be discharged or carried openly in the park. Firearms should remain locked in your personal property responsibly.
- Vehicles of any kind, to include ATV’s and golf carts, are not permitted to leisurely cruise the park, unless by a park host or designated by management. Vehicles may be used as transportation to the services available throughout the park (common area, ice cooler, trash, etc.), to enter and exit the park. Vehicles must obey the 5 mph speed limit and otherwise park on the gravel.
- Bicycles are allowed to be ridden around the park, however are not permitted on the Pavilion (common area).
- Pavilion (common area) may be utilized by any of our guests and must remain available to all guests.
- All personal property is to be removed from the structure before the ending of each day, and is not to be left unattended.
- All common area trash containers utilized during group events must be emptied by those who utilized them, immediately after the activity. Failure to comply, will result in immediate ejection from the park.
Trash Container – located on the West side of the park.
- All trash that is put into this red, designated trailer, must be in a reliable, closed bag! Absolutely no exception, to include pet waste bags.
- ABSOLUTELY NO animal carcasses or remains! Anyone caught is subject to a $50.00 fine that must be paid before check-out and immediate eviction, no questions asked. This can cause predators being drawn to our park that we do not want for the safety and security of our guests.
- Pet waste bags must be tied-off and placed within a closed trash bag for disposal and not discarded individually. Violation will result in a $20.00 fine that must be paid before check-out or before your next scheduled reservation will be approved.
Pet Policy
- Any and all pets must have any and all legally required vaccinations. Documentation must be available to be provided any time during your stay.
- Pets must be on a leash, tether or lead, under direct, strict control of the owner or responsible party, at all times. Pets must never be left unattended, or under the supervision of someone under the age of 18.
- Excessive barking, as defined by the host, is not acceptable, either inside or outside of your personal property, at any time. No warnings will be given; and this will result in immediate ejection from the RV Park.
- If any type of tether or lead is used to contain your pet to your site, the pet must be contained to your site and not allowed access outside of your site’s yard unless under direct control of the owner or responsible party.
- No pets are allowed onto the Pavillion (common area) at any time.
- Dogs of any size, breed, temperament, status or training level that aggressively bark or lunge at other guests are not allowed and are cause for immediate ejection from the RV Park.
- As stated in the Trash Policy, tied-off pet waste bags must be put into a closed trash bag for disposal, and not discarded individually. Violation will result in a $20.00 fine that must be paid before check-out, or before your next scheduled reservation will be approved.
- Any fecal matter remaining in your site upon your departure is also subject to a $20.00 fine.
By Order of the State of New Mexico Game Management
- Do not feed, attempt to interact with, or interfere with wildlife. This can result in life threatening injuries to include death and Circle Cross RV Park and Circle Cross Land & Cattle Company are not responsible for the actions of others.
Adjoining Property
- Guests of the Circle Cross RV Park are not allowed on any of the adjoining property belonging to Circle Cross Land & Cattle Company or any other adjoining property.
- Guests are not permitted to tamper with, open, close, or in any way adjust any gates leading to any other lands.
- Trespassing is never allowed. Trespassers will face immediate ejection from the RV Park, and law enforcement action. This will also include a permanent and irrevocable ban from entering any companies or properties owned by Circle Cross Land & Cattle Co.
Check-Out, Noise & Disturbances Policy
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day you are scheduled to depart.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM daily.
- Respect your fellow guests – no loud noise or music that could potentially cause a disturbance, is allowed at any time.
Reservation Acknowledgement
By making a reservation at Circle Cross RV Park, I understand and acknowledge that I have read and agree to the rules and policies of Circle Cross RV Park. I also understand that at any time during my stay I may be refused service, or evicted from the property, for any reason deemed fit by the assigned hosts, or management. It has been explained, and understood, that the park rules are readily available to me, at any time, on the website of Circle Cross RV Park (www.circlecrosspark.com/park-rules), and, I can also request a printed copy from the host on duty at any time during my stay. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Visitor Liability Waiver, that can also be found with the park rules and policies page and I agree to sign upon arrival.
